Plainville OSTEOARTHRITIS SUFFERERS AND THEIR PAIN

Plainville knee osteoarthritis is widespread. There are many Plainville knee pain sufferers. They are not alone! 240 million people around the globe endure osteoarthritis. That affects about 10% of men and 18% of women. (1) Any Plainville knee osteoarthritis sufferer can describe the knee pain, the morning stiffness, and the creaky joint motion that lessens the quality of daily life. (1) It’s just not very fun. Now a Mediterranean diet could be some fun though!

WHAT TO EAT ON A MEDITERRANEAN DIET

The Mediterranean diet incorporates lots of fruits and vegetable, legumes and nuts, cereals and seeds, seafood and fish. Consuming a Mediterranean diet can be quite tasty and exciting for a recent Mediterranean diet enthusiast.

BENEFITS OF THE MEDITERRANEAN DIET

Knee osteoarthritis involves inflammation in addition to pain. A review of 3 studies highlights that biomarkers of inflammation and cartilage degradation due to osteoarthritis fell in the Mediterranean diet group.
